I had an aggressive email from a customer last night, some of his concerns are valid, some are vitriolic and personal. I just wanted to say today that we don't make up our prices out of thin air and we always welcome you to look at the collections and quality of our competitors before making your own informed opinions. Our sales are available to all, a chance to collect your products, add to your wardrobe to make sure you always look fresh and can pair our accessories with more of your ensembles. I don't wish to shame our customers, but below is worth posting in the sense that if you feel that way, you ought to unsubscribe from our database, no hard feelings. I post below without naming the customer. But, he is so welcome to unsubscribe, mostly since he does not enjoy our stories.

My dear friend.I have bought a pile of ties from you .if you'd care to check.!Also as you will see I buy only when the go on sale,which appears to be very often.This tells me what I already know.Sale price is what they are actually worth!!Your reg price takes a brain dead idiot to pay for one.Any high end product that actually worth its price doesnt go on 70 or 80 percent off sale every week.Maybe once or twice a year.I in no way insulted you with my request as I know bowties weight is well below minimum for 50.00.so bundling a few cost you nothing.The real problem is you are fucking people on the shipping cost.So obvious when you tally up the price of postage on the package.I buy from many merchants and all will bundle gladly. I GUESS THEY DONT FUCK PEOPIE ON SHIPPING.Only reason I've kept buying from you is out of my charitable kindness as I no you are loosing alot of money when selling at what they are worth.I hope you appreciate that kindness!!!This is becoming long winded as your long drawn out bullshit stories you love to share.Do you honestly think anyone gives a shit about your winded stories.Only you do!!!
