Our latest scarf pays homage to the early 90's, to the neck ties of Nina Ricci, to the style of Prince and to the jewellery that went with the period, all set to a Tiffany blue background. It was a moment in time and space that has since gone. My father, back then, still wore a tie every day to work. I used to borrow them when I worked, when I went out in the evening. I used to love the designs in chains that were by tie designer Nina Ricci. Her ties had such a lovely handle on them. In the background I can still hear the music of Prince, so fresh back then, so fresh still.
