It is simply amazing what the internet throws up these days and although I am grateful for the review, it is also a high bench mark I now have to lift up to.

The world has become increasingly obsessed with Rolex watches. The company, which started as Wilsdorf And Davis in 1905, changed it's name to Rolex when it moved from London to Geneva. Some say the name was made up, others believe it is derived from the French words for 'horological excellence'. Whatever it was, it has become one of the world's most recognised brands and to own a Rolex is a status symbol.

Last night I finally got to see the Allman Betts Band live at The Metro in Sydney and Justin, their bass guitarist, wore our silk scarf on stage whilst a melange of American and Australian artists jammed together including Ian Moss who I'd grown up on his music but never seen him live.

The Roman Stoics have always inspired me, perhaps because I am not always that stoic, I like to moan when things don't go my way. So, it's something to aspire to. 

I have never been able to comprehend this new era of men that walk around with watches worth anywhere between a small car to a Bugatti sports car on their wrist in equivalent value whilst wearing tracksuits and shorts and basically looking like dishevelled homeless people. 

Our latest scarf pays homage to the early 90's, to the neck ties of Nina Ricci, to the style of Prince and to the jewellery that went with the period, all set to a Tiffany blue background.

Of course, you can order you navy suits and sports jackets at the same time, but this particular session is focused on dinner suits. 

I will preside over each appointment to help style the suit and I am not taking commission on any of the sales, I am merely wanting our customers to have the best possible outcome on their evening wear, and if you want to order you black bow ties and accessories at the same time, so be it.
