Here at Le Noeud Papillon we have one major advantage to other brands - we actually design our own fabrics, cut our own patterns and make our own work. A private label customer last week asked us to develop two new ties that were chamfered on the finish to create a self tying variation on a Texan bow tie. Who is the most despicable person you know?

Well I bet they haven't done half of the stuff that these shameless people have done throughout history and I am only a third of the way through. Fratricide, patricide, matricide, in fact every cide possible including suicide.

 The book is called Titans Of History by English historian Simon Sebag Montefiore. It's a great read, distilling each of histories great characters into a handful of pages for each. It comes as a high recommend from me if you are seeking something entertaining but don't want to deep dive into a whole narrative.

Lachlan had his suits made by Remy in Sydney, then came to us for grosgrain bow ties and a satin silk was purchased for the father of the bride. Splendid photos and we are so happy to be a part of the big day.
